Terms and Conditions

This competition starts Thursday 18th June 2020 at 4:00pm AEDT and ends on Sunday July 5th at 11:59pm AEDT.

Winner will be determined at random by Thursday July 9th by a representative of HealthMint and will be announced via email and social media.

It is the winners responsibility to pick up the prize pack from HealthMint Medical Clinic at Croydon Shopping Centre upon opening of the clinic in late July.

Eligible participants must reside in Victoria and be over 18 years of age.

Total prize pool valued at over $1000.
