Are there any doctors consulting at HealthMint that are great with kids?
Certainly! After having multiple children ask their parents to come back to HealthMint when they need a doctor, we realised that kids find the independent doctors who are attracted to work at our clinics quite unique. That’s probably because they are all down to earth and friendly, and really engage with your little ones. After all – we want your children to grow up feeling un-afraid of visits to the doctor. Are there any female GPs consulting at HealthMint?
We can certainly help with that – there are some wonderful independent female doctors who see patients at HealthMint! While all of the independent doctors who consult at HealthMint are extremely gentle and patient, we understand that sometimes you want to see a female GP. Do the independent doctors consulting at HealthMint offer repeat referrals?
Do you require ongoing referrals to the same specialist? Did you misplace your referral? You can request a repeat referral using the ‘Quick Repeats’ function of our online booking platform. If your GP agrees that it is clinically appropriate, then they will arrange that for you. If they do not agree that it is clinically appropriate to issue it without an appointment, then you will need to book an appointment in order to arrange your referral. If you have a virus or illness and need to stay home from school or work, please book a consultation with a GP to have a thorough review and arrange the necessary paperwork.
Do the independent doctors at HealthMint offer repeat scripts?
Do you regularly need repeat scripts for the same medication? You can request a repeat script using the ‘Quick Repeats’ function of our online booking platform. If your GP agrees that it is clinically appropriate, then they will arrange that for you. If they do not agree that it is clinically appropriate to issue it without an appointment, then you will need to book an appointment in order to arrange your script.

Are there any doctors consulting at HealthMint that are good with mental health?
Aside from the fact that many of our patients feel better just being in our space, the independent doctors who consult at HealthMint are all extremely gentle and kind, and very knowledgeable with mental health. Be it anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, you name it – they are there for you.
Are there facilities to get a blood test done at a HealthMint clinic?
If you have a blood test request form, our onsite pathology provider, Australian Clinical Labs, will be pleased to help! Please contact the location where you wish to have your blood test to find out when the collector will be on-site.
Do the independent doctors consulting at HealthMint offer immunisations?

Do the independent GPs consulting at HealthMint bulk bill?
HealthMint provides services to very high-quality independent Specialist GPs who choose to charge privately. There are great limitations for doctors and clinics that choose to bulk bill – which we encourage you to read more about so that you can make an informed decision about your family’s care. We only bulk bill Chronic Disease Management Plan and Health Assessment appointments, all other appointments have an out-of-pocket cost.
Do the independent GPs consulting at HealthMint treat chronic diseases and chronic illnesses?
The independent doctors who consult at HealthMint Cranbourne and Croydon and our nurses are really wonderful when it comes to long-term or ongoing chronic disease management. If you have something persistent, such as cancer, asthma, diabetes, osteoporosis or arthritis then you really want a good long-term relationship with a GP. The independent doctors who consult at HealthMint would be very grateful for the opportunity to care for you, and help you improve your wellbeing.
